What is Cognitive-Behavioral therapy?
Cognitive-behavioral therapy is based on the concept that what you believe creates your reality and actions. You learn to change the way you think, the way you behave, and the way you feel. The two main goals of this method are: to help you feel better in the here and now, and to help you develop a more realistic personal value system.

What is Brief, Solution Oriented therapy?
Brief, Solution Oriented therapy targets the here and now focusing on aspects of the persons situation that seem most changeable, starting with small positive changes. A core belief of this method is that each person already has skills and resources which can be used to resolve complaints.
